Organic old vine co-ferment of many different varietals planted together: a mix of Hungarian, Austrian reds, several Traminer and Burgundian varieties, Muskat and Furmint blended to make a fresh and evocative wine somewhere between a rose and a red. Best served chilled. Pair with Korean BBQ or woodfired pizza.
